Sheer Lace Appliqué Dress

Vintage sheer dress — possibly communion dress. Tag is missing, but see measurements. 14” PTP, 28” STH. It’s delicate and beautiful! Elastic in arms is loose with a little stretch left. At least one spot of lace needs racked down again. Ribbon at waist needs pressed. I just couldn’t leave it behind!
