OshKosh Flower Woven Open Back Dress

Vintage/retro OshKosh light blue, pink and white tulip woven traditional dress with open back and side ties. Size 2y with a more generous fit. Very light wear + likely not as bright white as it was. One small spot on the skirt noted.
