OshKosh Tropical Flowers Shorts + Hat

Early 2000s OshKosh tropical flower shorts and hat. Shorts are size 3y with some even light fading. Hat is tag size M with no flaws. Hat may fit a little bigger. Slightly loose on my almost 3 year old. Velcro back closure.
