Healthtex has been around since 1921, making it one of the longest-running kids' clothing brands in American history. They were known for durable, machine-washable playwear in bold colors and playful prints — rompers, overalls, coordinating sets, and everyday basics that were genuinely kid-proof. Many vintage pieces were made in the USA with a quality you just don't see in children's clothing anymore, which is why so many pieces from the 70s, 80s, and 90s are still in great condition today.
