Vintage Too Sweet white and blue floral and gingham paper bag waist shorts. Size 10y. Waist can stretch to approximately 13”. Rise of shorts is 13”. Hems can be rolled up or down. Could possibly be worn by a petite adult. Faint marks on the bum — hard to capture in photos.
