Nautical Striped Jersey Dress

No tag assumed vintage jersey knit dress. Sort of a nautical cruise theme graphic with navy blue stripes and asymmetrical buttons. Doesn’t appear handmade. Length is best for 4T, I believe. A couple very faint spots on the front of the skirt.
