Terms and Conditions

1. Eligible Items
Consignment is offered only for select, highly sought after items approved in writing by Yellow Clover Vintage.

2. Shipment
Consignee will provide an insured shipping label. Consignor agrees to pack items securely. If items are not as described or do not meet condition standards, they may be returned to Consignor at Consignor’s expense.

3. Pricing and Promotion
Yellow Clover Vintage will price the item(s) at their discretion and include them in themed sales and promotions. Pricing will be in line with understanding of current market value and identified flaws. Yellow Clover Vintage will not treat any flaws. Note: We have found that low starting bids correspond to more successful auctions. You must be prepared that your item may sell at a low price. 

4. Payment Terms
Consignor will receive 50% of the final selling price of each item after payment has cleared. Payment will be issued within three days of sale completion via PayPal or Venmo.

5. Unsold Items
If unsold, Yellow Clover Vintage will suggest alternative sale methods or Consignor may request return shipping (at Consignor’s expense).

6. Risk of Loss
While all reasonable care will be taken, Yellow Clover Vintage is not responsible for damage, loss, or theft beyond the insured amount during shipment or storage.

7. Timing
Consignee will list the item(s) within 9 months considering current plans, seasons, and customer desires.

8. Agreement
This agreement represents the entire understanding between the parties.
